This is just a simple forum, so don't expect anything too clever. There's no HTML tags (they just look silly if you try to use them), and I've not implemented a preview yet, so what you write is what you get.
You can use some simple formatting to create bold and italicised text (you can see how to do this below the text-edit box). Other than that, it's just plain ol' text.
If you need to add a link to a message, use the "Associated Link" and "Link Text" to do it.
And if you screw up, email me or leave me a message in the forums... I can delete or alter the posts if needed.

Currently the code behind the rawwrum is very basic, and that's why there's not many "features" - it should be quite secure. But to make it work for the rest of raww.org would mean adding a few things here-and-there - tweaks to the engine, etc. I'll look at doing them soon, certainly, but more complexity means more testing, and as ever I've not got much free time.

| If you want raww.org to have more of a forum feel to it, the best thing to do is to start posting comments on the news articles, as well as submitting new news articles of your own. And I'm not just saying that because it would mean less work for Icabod and me, oh no no no no.... |

I've got some code written "in my head" to do some kinda image verification, but I'm quite busy at the moment so I'll add something "soon". It'll just be another editbox when you add a new message to say "enter this number:".
Should suffice I think. |
